This item is only good for confirming YOUR TEAM'S CURRENT SEASON'S TIME SLOT for the following times: 6:30, 7:30, or 8:30 for the NEXT SEASON.
Purchaser's FULL NAME must match existing Captain's in order for the purchase to be approved. If the existing captain would like to have another player pay and be captain, no problem. We just need an email from the existing captain indicating who will be the new captain and then that captain can register.
All team players must be 21 years of age or older.
By purchasing this registration you agree to the rules stated on the site, agree to the terms of the waiver and understand that the purchaser and all team members will not be allowed to play on the courts until their individual waivers are signed and on file with O'Leaver's Sand Volleyball.
Your purchase is a reservation for the dates listed above rain or shine. We will provide an additional week in the event of lightning or water on the courts. Beyond the gratis additional week, we will do our best to provide other rescheduling options but cannot guarantee them or provide refunds if all games are not played due to weather and/or acts of god.
Registration and Payment Cancellation Policy:
If you canel within 24 hours of registration you will receive a 100% refund.
If you cancel within 7 days of registration you will receive a 50% refund.
No monetary refunds can be granted beyond 7 days of purchase/registration.? If you still have to cancel, notify us within 14 days of purchase and you can request a credit towards another registration that must be used within 18 months of purchase.
Beyond 14 days from purchase we are not able to offer a refund or credit.
